Wine Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Family!

To help you make the most of your membership please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the policies regarding your membership.

There is no fee to join our club and you may sign up anytime online, via phone, or by visiting our tasting rooms. As a member, you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.

By becoming a member, you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age. You authorize us to charge your credit card for a minimum of two club shipments per year.

Notifications

You will receive an email two weeks prior to each club shipment noting important dates and details of your shipment. It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to credit card, billing/shipping address, or club tier. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes after billing.

Billing

The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file. It is your obligation to update your credit card information online or by phone prior to the billing date. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect

address or three failed delivery attempts, then you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping.

Club purchases, tax, and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed. Costs may change without notice.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping charges for all club tiers are available for the contiguous United States. Due to federal law requiring all alcohol shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Shipments are handled by FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes. Returned or refused shipments may incur additional fees.

We cannot ship internationally at this time.

Tasting Room Pick Up

Club members are required to pick up their club shipments within 60 days of billing. If a club release is not picked up within the 60-day period, and no prior arrangements have been made, the shipment will be carefully packed and shipped the following week to the billing address on file for an additional charge.

If you miss picking up two shipments, then you will automatically be switched to permanent shipping.

Holds and Cancellations

You may place your membership “on hold” with a written notice to lcribbs@valdemarestates.com prior to a club month. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits.

Requests to cancel membership can be made after you have received two club shipments with a written notice to lcribbs@valdemarestates.com prior to a club month. Early cancellations are subject to a $100 fee.

Sharing Your Club Benefits

We only have one name on the membership. Benefits are not transferable; however, certain perks can be gifted to non-club members. These include tickets to club-exclusive dinners, blending classes, and facility tours.
