Safe Service Contract
We will work to meet or exceed all safety requirements. If we can do anything to improve upon our safety measures, please let us know. By making a reservation, you agree to the reasonable expectations set forth below. We expect you to hold us accountable, and we will hold guests accountable, as well. Guests who do not abide by the expectations set forth below may be asked to leave.
Here is what you can expect from us:
We have reduced building occupancy, below the Washington state Phase 2 recommended 50%.
We will accommodate groups of 5 people or fewer.
Tables will be at least 10 feet apart.
We will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance and throughout the building.
You will interact with only one designated tasting room staff member during each visit.
Staff members will always wear cloth face coverings (or higher-rated masks) in the building and wear gloves when near customers.
Staff members will host no more than 2 parties at a time.
Staff members will receive daily health screenings when arriving to work.
Staff members will have staggered shifts to reduce staff-wide exposure to infection.
Often-touched surfaces (door handles, workstations, etc.) will be cleaned and disinfected hourly.
Shared objects, (payment terminals, tables, countertops, receipt trays, etc.), will be disinfected between use.
Restrooms will have disinfectant wipes available for all guests.
All menus will be single use.
When possible, building ventilation will be increased by leaving doors and windows open.
Here's what we will expect from you:
We encourage you to use our outdoor seating.
We encourage you to wear a mask when not seated at the table.
No one experiencing or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 may enter the facility.
Guests must maintain at least a 6-foot distance from other guests and service staff.
Guests must refrain from approaching our bar.
Guests must refrain from visiting other tables.
Guest must stay separated when waiting for seating. We will do our best to get you seated immediately.
